Dr. Raghuvir Singh, Director
He has been teaching post graduate management students for last 17 years and has worked in Industry as electrical Engineer for 13 years. He has taught and worked at senior positions in many prominent national level institutes like BITS, Pilani, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, BIT Mesra, (Jaipur Campus), IILM, Jaipur and others.
He has authored a book titled “Advertising: Planning and Implementation” published by PHI, New Delhi , 2006 and another book on “Strategic Management “ is in print being published by Oxford University Press, New Dr. Raghuvir Singh holds Master’s Degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), University of Mumbai and Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
He is a trainer par excellence. He along with his colleague has organized and conducted ten five days national level workshops on “Application of research methods in management using SPSS.” He has conducted many corporate training programmes in areas like interpersonal skill (Firo-B), understanding self & others (Johari Window), Negotiations and others.
He has presented papers in many National and International conferences, Published paper in National journals and Chaired Technical sessions in International conferences.
His areas of interest are Strategic Management, Advertising, International Business and Research Methods in Management.

Dr. Saurabh Gupta, Professor
Dr. Saurabh Gupta is Ph.D from M.J.P Rohilkhand Bareilly. He has several papers published and presented in International Conferences and seminars in the field of Human Resource Development. He has 12 years of Academic and corporate experience. His areas of interest are HRD and Performance Management System.

Ms. Namrata Pathak, Assistant Professor
Ms. Namrata Pathak is faculty in Human Resource Management. She is having one year experience in academics and one year corporate experience as HR Coordinator. She has presented various research papers in National Seminars and carried out various Projects in the area of Human Resource Management and Production and Operation Management.

Dr. Makranrd Upadhayaya , Assistant Professor
Ph.D., MBA- Marketing, PGDMM, PGDCA, PGDPM, UGC-NET, MDP (IIM-A) Dr. Makarand Upadhyaya is a faculty in the area of Marketing Management. He has 12 years of teaching experience at M.B.A. level programmes at national and international level. He has taught at IBS, BITS- Pilani, and MITS, Before joining academic career, he has worked for 12 years with various industries like Alembic, Year glassware, Dainik Bhaskar at different positions. He is writing a book on Brand management. He has written more than forty research papers/articles in journals and edited books, and has presented papers in more than thirteen seminars/conferences. He has taken sessions in more than ten Management Development Programmes on the issues like Managerial Effectiveness; Consumer Behavior; Communication Skills; Behavioral Skills for Managers; Interpersonal Skills; Customer delight; Stress Management, and other related issues. He has provided consultancy in the area of Brand Promotion and Event Management. His research areas of interests include advertising, brand management, sales and distribution management, and retail management.

Ritu Madaan, Assistant Professor
Ritu Madaan is MBA. She Specializes in Marketing with six years of experience in Industry and academia. She has Industry experience in various verticals in the sales and marketing consultation. Her area of Interest Consumer Behaviour and Brand Management.

 

Mr.Deepak Singh, Assistant Professor
Mr. Deepak Singh is MBA in Marketing. He has got an Academic & Corporate Experience of more than 3 Years. He has organized various Seminars, Workshops, PDP's and MDP's. He has participated in conferences and published research papers in journals of repute.

Mr. R. Srinivasan, Assistant Professor

He is pursuing Ph.D. from FMS, University of Delhi in the area of Risk Management. He is an MBA from IMI, New Delhi and MCA. He has over 23 years of experience, out of which 16 years in the industry and the rest in teaching and research. He has previously worked with IMI & IBA; and has also been teaching at various B-Schools like IMI; IMT, Ghaziabad etc. His areas of teaching interests include Risk Management, Security Analysis, Equity Research & Valuation, Financial Econometrics etc. He is an active stock market player. He has his research publications in national and international journals.

 

Dr.Sanjay Rastogi, Assistant Professor

Dr .Sanjay Rastogi is M.com, Ph.D from M.J.P Rohilkhand university, Bareilly. He has several research papers to his credit and has attended national and international conferences. He has about 7 years experience in Academics and academic administration.His areas of interest are Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Portfolio Management and Financial Management.
