Dr. Raghuvir Singh, Director
He has been teaching post graduate management students for last 17 years and has worked in Industry as electrical Engineer for 13 years. He has taught and worked at senior positions in many prominent national level institutes like BITS, Pilani, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, BIT Mesra, (Jaipur Campus), IILM, Jaipur and others.
He has authored a book titled “Advertising: Planning and Implementation” published by PHI, New Delhi , 2006 and another book on "Strategic Management" is in print being published by Oxford University Press, New Delhi. Dr. Raghuvir Singh holds Master’s Degree in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), University of Mumbai and Ph.D. from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
He is a trainer par excellence. He along with his colleague has organized and conducted ten five days national level workshops on "Application of research methods in management using SPSS". He has conducted many corporate training programmes in areas like interpersonal skill (Firo-B), understanding self & others (Johari Window), Negotiations and others.
He has presented papers in many National and International conferences, Published paper in National journals and Chaired Technical sessions in International conferences.
His areas of interest are Strategic Management, Advertising, International Business and Research Methods in Management.
Human Resource Management
Dr. Saurabh Gupta, Professor
Dr. Saurabh Gupta has several papers published and presented in International Conferences and seminars in the field of Human Resource Management. He has 14 years of Academic and corporate experience. He is a certified FIRO-B & MBTI Certified Facilitator. He has a wide experience of corporate training on HR Issues in various business organisations. He is a member of AIMA, NHRD and RMA.
His areas of interest are HRD and Performance Management System.
Dr. Namrata Pathak, Assistant Professor
Dr. Namrata Pathak, a faculty in Human Resource Management is a Ph.D. is management from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, a premier technical institute of the country. She holds an MBA from RIMS, Rourkela and has four years of experience spanning across industry and academia. As a researcher she has published in leading journals and presented various papers in National & International Seminars She has carried out different projects in the area of Human Resource Management. Her areas of interest are Organisation Behaviour, Training & Development and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Dr. Bhawna Syal, Assistant Professor
Dr. Syal is Ph.D from NWMDIU, South Africa and obtained DMS from IMA. She has six years of experience in teaching management and engineering students and one year of experience as a research associate in industry. Her areas of interest are Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour and Sales Management.
Ms.Ritu Madaan, Assistant Professor
Ritu Madaan is an MBA. She Specializes in Marketing with six years of experience in Industry and academia. She has Industry experience in various verticals in the sales and marketing consultation. Her areas of Interest are Consumer Behaviour and Brand Management.

Mr. R. Srinivasan, Assistant Professor
He is pursuing Ph.D. from FMS, University of Delhi in the area of Risk Management. He is an MBA from IMI, New Delhi and MCA. He has over 23 years of experience, out of which 16 years in the industry and the rest in teaching and research. He has previously worked with IMI & IBA; and has also been teaching at various B-Schools like IMI, IMT Ghaziabad etc. His areas of interest are Risk Management, Security Analysis, Equity Research & Valuation, Financial Econometrics etc. He is an active stock market player. He has his research publications in national and international journals.
Dr.Sanjay Rastogi, Associate Professor
Dr. Sanjay Rastogi has obtained his Doctoral degree from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. He has taught various courses in the area of Finance to Post-graduate students. His teaching & research interest lies in Portfolio Management, Project Finance, M&A, Behavioral Finance and Aggressive Accounting . He has 23 research papers in his credit and has attended national & international conferences and workshops. He has about 8 years experience in Academics and Research.
Logistic & Supply Chain Management
Mr. Pravash Ghosh, Assistant Professor
He has rich experience spanning around 10 years in diverse fields like Quality control in manufacturing sector, strategic consultancy projects for Government and academic exposure in supply chain management.
Mr. Ghosh started his career with Philips Carbon Black Ltd. (PCBL followed by his stint in PCBL over a period of 4 years. He worked with Transport Corporation of India Ltd. (TCIL), one of the leading third party logistics solution provider in the country for a period of 4 years. In consultancy field, Mr. Ghosh has been part of consultancy projects like Analysis of Freight price index for Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. Mr. Ghosh has contributed research papers in various journals and has also presented several papers in National and International seminars. His areas of interest are Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Quantitative Techniques, Production & Operations Management.

Ms. Neetu Ahmed, Assistant Professor
Dynamic academician with over 8 years of experience in development and teaching of management courses - Managerial Economics, Micro and Macro Economics, Indian Economy, Business Policy & Operations Research. Pursuing PhD from Economics Department, IGNOU, New Delhi. Previous associations with Ansal Institute of Technology- Gurgaon, Asia Pacific Institute of Management - New Delhi, Al-Barkaat Institute of Management Studies – Aligarh(UP) and Allahabad Agriculture Institute – Deemed University, Allahabad (UP). Her Areas of Exposure include, Coordinator of "Agriclinic & Agribusiness scheme" for agripreneurs financed by Ministry of Agriculture, SFAC and MANAGE Hyderabad and Organising short-term course on “College Administration” for vice Principals and Principals in Allahabad Agriculture Institute – Deemed University. She has attended a Workshop on “Research Methodology” organized by Appejay School of Management, New Delhi. She has also attended a short-term course on “Quality Improvement Programme” on “Supply Chain Management”, organised by Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a “UGC Sponsored Orientation Course” organized by Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (U.P.). She has Participated & Presented papers in various National and International Seminars and conferences. She has completed her MBA (Agribusiness) and MSc. (Agri. Mr. Vishnu Sharma is M-Tech in IT, Presently pursuing Ph.D. He has five years of experience in academics and IT Management. His area of interest are IT Management, Computer Networks, Open Source Technology. He has attended four AICTE sponsored FDPs and workshops.
