Mr. Govind Hari Singhania (Chairman)

Mr.Govind Hari Singhania is one of the architects of the leading business coglomerate, J.K.Organization, a forerunner in the economic and social advancement, founded in the middle of 19th century on the industrial landscape of India with varied interests and is engaged in the manufacture of variety of products in diverse fields of commerce.

A Past-President of The Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Association of Synthetic Fibre Industry (ASFI), Association of Man-made Fibre Industry (AMFI) and Merchants’ Chamber of Uttar Pradesh, Mr.Govind Hari Singhania has been associated with Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur as its Chairman of the Board of Governors. His secondary interests are in the field of promoting management and educational research, religious values and providing better linkages for fine arts & culture, music, games, sports etc.

The world is shrinking. The corporate world is shrinking too. Economies across the globe are rapidly integrating into a mega world economy. In this era of strategic alliances, joint ventures and unpredictable market conditions cross-cultural capabilities and visionary leadership are requisites of the corporate world. In other words, the need of the hour is LEADERS with a global perspective on economic, technological, cultural and political interfaces with business.

We strongly believe that India is equipped with the capability of providing education at par with international standards and making it more affordable for the bright minds of our country as well as globally.
