The Banyan tree is a special programme that is designed to bring out the passion in you , guide you to perform to your fullest potential and make payoff with your learnings.

The Banyan Tree known as “ Ashwath Vriksha” in Sanskrit and quoted in the Gita , is known for its properties of longevity, ability to spread over long distances, provide shade for travelers and allow its branches to be shelter and home to a host of life. It is alternatively also called the “Kalpavriskha” or the “self fulfilling divine tree”.

The Banyan Tree programme has been developed to help you anchor in life and work , to assist you in spreading your wings over large areas of expertise, to hone your skills, host your own life and starting off your career in the most vibrant colours and also to teach you the benefits of interdependence. We hope that this programme will be self fulfilling in matters of skills development for most of you. The programme consist of four parts as elucidated below.

Wildness Experience
It is a 3 day outdoor management exercise, is built on the concept of experiential methodology. Just as you learn cycling by doing; experimental methodology work with concept around exercise and games that remain with your years to come. The 3 day work will include living in camps, in the lap of nature, and will focus on bringing alive for you management concepts like Leadership, Team Development & Building, Risk Management, Planning & Strategizing, Decision Making, Creativity, Interpersonal Relationship, Stress Management, Change Management and Effective Communication.

Stand Up & Talk
This part of the Banyan Tree programme will help you take away your fears of public speaking. It will enable you to stand up & talk in front of an audience and ensure you are heard.

Group Discussion
This part of the Banyan tree programme will assist you in experiencing and mastering how and what to do ina GD. We will be facilitated by experienced people with profound corporate experiences to give you the over others in GDs.

Mock Interview
The Banyan tree will help you prepare and perform for interview. We will take you through real time experience of interviews through proper drills.
